Warranty Policy

PLEASE OPEN IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY PERSON OR WITHIN 24 HOURS

NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY OF ANY PROBLEMS SO WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES/ALL SALES ARE FINAL

PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD

Business Neon Sign Policy

Most Business LED signs are shipped so that the sign can be tested without removing it from the box. The sign must be plugged in and tested prior to removing it from the box. If the sign does not light, contact us immediately. Do not break the seal x or remove the sign from the inner box. Doing so will forfeit any claim for damage that may have occured during shipping. LED Business signs not in stock usually take about 14-30 business days to make and are then shipped out via Australia Post or Fastway Courier.

Warranty Policy upon initial arrival of product: If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours.

Warranty: All signs carry a (1) year warranty from date of purchase. Hot Swap transformers carry a (1) year warranty. The warranty is based on product being returned for evaluation in both the original inner and outer boxes along with all original packing materials in place. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. . Please allow 14-30 days to ship the repaired, or a replacement, sign.

NOTE: If you agree to our warranty terms, please inform us so that we may email the authorization for credit card billing. Also, please inform us if the original packaging material is available.
