Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days (if we have in stock) after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Courier with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer delivery by Australia Post Register mail with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
DAMAGE CLAIMS: All claims for breakage and/or damage, must be reported immediately to Melbourne LED. Any merchandise that becomes damaged during shipping must be reported to Mebourne LED within 3 days after receiving the package. Failure to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days, will nullify the claim. After a damage claim is made, a refund or new sign may be acquired by the consumer, pending approval from Melbourne LED.
RETURNS: In the event that a customer wants to make a return for reasons other than breakage/damage, signs must be reported to Melbourne LED within 3 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight and handling charges. All returns must be approved by Melbourne LED.
